Tthe grass is all green, the trees are budding, some crab apples trees are in bloom and (gasp) the first morels have been found.  Granted they have been very few, and of the gray black species (Morchella angusticep or early M deliciosa).  Some of us feel like we didn't get enough Winter this year.  Crazy.  So we kept a little snow below.

We are also starting work on a new web site!  It should be up before June.

"Outdoor activities" means  hiking In Governor Dodge State Park,, maybe Yellowstone SP, or mile after mile biking the local roads.   Yes, bike season is in full swing

After October 30 we return to Seasonal Hours as posted to the right.  It doesn't feel like "winter", but it is.   The Inn, as always, is open 7 days a week, except where noted.   The rhythms of the seasons change and we change with them.  At the end of October, back to the off-season hours.
