The Brewery Creek Inn
Here we are in the three story lime stone building on Commerce Street. The first thing you notice is that each room is different. While the amenities are the same, each has a unique personality and appeal. Which room is best? That is for you to discover. We serve a "Continental Plus" breakfast in our second floor guest lounge. This includes fruit, juice, cereal, pastries, toasting bread, hard boiled eggs and yoghurt. Other goodies sometimes make an appearance. more info |
Springside Cottage
Today, Springside is divided into two private suites. The amenities are the same but the look is different. Each side has a private front and back entrance. Your living room has a loveseat, easy chair, fireplace stove and day/bed trundle. The kitchen/dining area is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, china, and basics like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, 1/2 and 1/2, butter, juice and soda. The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The yard and deck in back can be enjoyed by all. Your cottage is self-catering. You can cook your own meals as you wish. We will send a basket of breakfast foods, bread, rolls and fruit, over with you when you check in. more info |
The Miners' Cottage
Wonderful and quixotic. This stone Miners' cottage (on the right) has been lived in continuously since it was built in 1836. Now it is yours to enjoy! Living room with fireplace and sofa bed; fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and attached "cave like" limestone root cellar; bathroom with shower and 1951 Ava Ferneke murals; bedroom with queen size bed and garden views. Charming back yard and off street parking. Maximum Occupancy: 4. The Miners' Cottage is self-catering. You can cook as much or as little as you want.
