06 Vorlauf / Wort Clarification Brewery Creek Mineral Point

After the mashing is done the wort is cloudy and full of particles of "stuff". The brewer slowly drains it into the Grant and then pumps it back to the top of the malt bed. The wort trickles through and the "stuff" is filtered out. Once it is clear I change the valves around and the wort is pumped over to the Brew Kettle.
